@Natalie KraftMichigan is a different animal but we only have a limited amount of "billboard" permits and they are all taken so I think you need to figure out what that would entail from the city or state, not the billboard company.

I would recommend getting an information release form signed by the applicant in the case that the previous landlord needs the applicant's permission.

It took a problem tenant for me to give a crap about my contract I know I am only the one to blame but it would appear that B may not be applicable so if I renew on a month to month then I am married to the tenant until hell freezes over?
