LLC's are especially good if there is a group of investors working together, with the equity divided up via Memberships.

Take less than 1/10 of that and invest in Lifestyles Unlimited base membership. 

Most classes are online without extra cost and membership is $25 a month.

Get a membership to Propstream and pull a cash buyer list there. 

If you call, you can usually get a discount on their base membership which is for 1 year, and a great value.They offer free workshops that are a good example of the returns people can get following their practices. 

You might also try a google search for "REO, yourtown," or sign up for a free week trial membership at one of those internet forclosure sites.

I had gator bits once in OKC, so a little familiar, but don't know too much about the area other than Dell has a major office there grabbing college kids and training into sales roles :)  In order to have your company name on your signature, it requires a PRO membership.

I know attending requires a membership or $30 or something

Also the much ballyhooed rent strikes for May being pushed by some of our local city council memberships I haven't heard anything about,  probably meaning they didn't amount to much.   

(My thing is a $200 gym membership.)So if that new car makes you happy and keeps you motivated on your way to financial freedom, then I'd say it's money well spent!
