We are finishing up the rehab on a property and I have a general question about the appraisal going forward.

Also, I work a couple jobs, so timing/distance keeps me busyMy question now is, should I continue to try to finish & rent this place out, or should I sell it for it's record value and buy something else?

We used the HELOC to continue and finish the repairs.

I know the Biggerpockets youtube channel used to have a playlist called "Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing Course" where there was 60 or so videos guiding a beginner to understand real estate from start to finish.

The extension might cost a few thousand but it will buy you time to finish the project.

I was thinking 20% down, rehab out of pocket and then finish out the BR,rent,refi,and move on.
