ARV $415K REPAIRS-$35K C&H $7K BUYER IS ASKING $220K220+35+7=$262K 415-262= $153K I plan on marking it up from 220 to 273k to make a $53k fee.

I sometimes find that addresses aren't visible on houses that are run/down vacant or the street I'm on has changed names ect...Has any one found an app that will let you mark a specific house as you're driving by it?
