It's on the wall and ceilings throughout the home.I didn't look like mold to me but I have never seen damage from roached.

Well, assuming that I don't have vacancies of more than 4%, or that a new AC compressor isn't needed, or that a tenant didn't not pay the last month's rent and damage the place a bit.

We also make it very clear to the tenant that they are responsible for any damage to the window itself arising from fitting their air conditioner.Many of our retrofitted properties have heat pumps (and hence A/C), in those properties we do not permit window units.We also tend to use casements when replacing windows, which are not conducive to window AC units .... though I've seen folks try.

There are big holes that are in the roof letting water run right into the house and animals could get in it.mismatch windows all over the place.massive water damage on the interior.
