As long as you are spending money to prospect for clients it makes sense to directly target the audience you want to reach. 

Meaning as far as whatever you would like to share business prospects, advice, network etc. 

I have to see it with my own eyes.I'm not sure if I should trust his enthusiasm, as I'm not so enthused at the prospect of inheriting a badly written lease.
