The tenants destroyed every plumbing fixture, broke all the bathroom sinks, destroyed the kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops and the filth and destruction brought tears to my eyes when I first walked in.The special risks are; tenants figure they are buying the property and it belongs to them so they can do whatever they want to do.
