It varies by state but in most you only have a limited time to pursue litigation once the lien is filed, otherwise it is unenforceable.   

Moreover, do you think it's smart to have all your assets in the same country, especially after Covid 19 show us how easily civil liberties can be curtailed and hasn't the war in Ukraine shows is how easy it is to get property confiscated in a free country?
