@Kyle Tipton I live in a 7 bed / 5 bath house hack in Las Vegas. 

So, I got my first and only property in 2019 - it’s a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Jersey city where I live in one bedroom and rent out the other - kitchen and living room are fully furnished.

@Bruce WoodruffThe original owner about 15 years ago may have found burglar bars far more beneficial in his entertainment room ( a finished basement below bedrooms) over overly sensitive burglar alarms.By the way there are no burglar bars in the bed rooms.

Once ready I will be painting throughout and doing living room and bed room floors.

Anyone here have experience with the valuation of a traditional Bed and breakfast?

For about a 10% increase in THAT monthly mortgage, we got a 5 bed / 5 bath in the suburbs...

Stating the obvious one but 4+ bed house.

Hi - I started seeing bed bugs on the wall and ceiling in my living room a few weeks ago.

This will be a primary residence, 5 bed, 3100 sqft or so. 

I have not seen any evidence of bed bugs.
