Contractors in Europe were blown away with the quality.

I figure even at the low end I could probably clear about 275 per month, possibly much more with a medium quality rehab. 

Their sq ft and size/quality are comparable to the duplex. 

While each market is different, a quality rental not in a war zone will get rented.

I've been listening to audio books and interested in real estate investing for a long time. 

We install custom oak kitchen cabinets with high-quality hinges and drawer rollers so when a tenant damages the cabinets we can remove the face, make new doors and drawer fronts, paint the frames and our cost never exceeds $1200. i don't know how well your cabinets will hold up or what you will do if they start to sag and fall apart.

I was wondering if it was good as far as investors ability to keep vacancy rates low and tenant quality high and just hold value?

People coming from out of state(mainly New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts) are targeting the Jupiter school districts and seem to be willing to pay way over asking because prices down here are still much cheaper than up North The quality of living is seen as higher down here as well.
