In my past experience as a tenant, and in recently searching for a rental property, having laundry facilities available were of significant importance to me.With an apartment building I would accept laundry facilities somewhere on the property and not necessarily in the unit, but in a single-family home I ignored those that had only hook ups available.As a college student, traveling to the laundromat wasn't really a big deal, but as an adult I definitely prefer laundry inside the home.With laundry facilities inside the unit, I would fully expect to pay the water bill.

As long as you arent denying them as a tenant based on their age, race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, disability status, and familial status.When I accept section 8 tenants I also make sure they pass the same credit and background check as all of my other tenants.

In our case, both our rental units have larger adult dogs - the larger ones tend to be better trained than the smaller ones in our experience.As for the pit bull, ask your insurance agency.
