BTW, there's a weird little trick to these things; If you take an item out when the cycle ends and give it a little flick, it is instantly completely dry!

Another good one is something like a mastermind group at a nationwide real estate trade gathering, where you can pick brains, ask specific questions, and get instant, thoughtful feed back from 5-8 highly successful investors. 

Before using it, I use to go in and manually change the prices daily on two properties, when we started using PL we saw instantly higher rates and it took alot off my plate.
