I want to inspire and motivate people and let them know that if I can do it , despite going through so much adversity, they can too .

Cornell was very inspiring, and had some cool things to share about the Magic City, their goals for growth, and some stuff in the works currently. 

I like the way she ran her properties and felt inspired by her ability to handle all of the situations I found myself in.

Hi all, Newbie here, On my road to my first House Hack in Jacksonville, FL (desired location to start off) I would love to hear any stories and or inspiring tips from your first-time HH.

Each has its own price point, vibe, strategy, and potential.I went to high school in Gulfport (Boca Ciega - one of the two schools that inspired the movie "Porky's", if that tells you anything), and I still have close ties to the area.That said, there are a couple of noteworthy areas that would make sense for STR:The marina district, for the sailboat racing circuit and transient sailors looking for hot showers and land legs for a week.

It's always inspiring to see other new investors success stories and lessons learned.

I'm definitely a late starter but I'm so excited to get things rolling and can't tell you how much the bigger pockets podcasts and website have inspired me.  

That might inspire some ideas and make the prospect more appealing.

I was able to meet other newbies who inspired me to keep pushing, experienced investors who helped me understand the market, and lenders who were willing to take a chance on me with my first couple deals.
