@Ed Ventura Its one of the most difficult issues when you get into property types like this. 

I've never heard of anyone using NOI for valuation because you never know how a property was financed. 

But we are testing this now.We operate 7 str's out of state...

I don't know Accessible CLG, but can say that we have rented to groups like this and have not had a problem.We have also rented to corporations who have people live there for only a few weeks at a time.
