I don't think your second idea is bad to ensure things are found and documented.I ended up qualifying for a SBA disaster loan that helped when FEMA would not do anything since my properties are under a business.  

As a vet I would love to help other vets out.

I guess building in phases helps to mitigant some of that risk but at the same time while you have land being moved and foundations/roads being poured it seems to make sense to do quite a bit at the same time?!

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

It will also be a great learning experience for you, which will only help you once you move into 5+ unit investing.

Today I looked on another site pennymac to see the value it said and there was no information for the address of my property but when I added #2 to the address and it was able to come up with an estimate for my property.Do I need to be concerned that these apps are showing my property with the wrong address?
