If I'm understanding your question, I will sometime advise my clients to include statement indicating they will beat any offer by X amount up to Y amount, requiring some form of disclosure about said offer.

Then work your way down; if the goal is BRRRR, you have X available funds and you're looking to make X purchases, in Y area, with Z criteria.

It's good to know "if I find a deal I can contact "X", "Y" and "Z".

I just finished high school a month ago and plan to attend a community college to get an AAS degree which is going to be paid for by a state scholarship and should only take 3 semester to complete and I would have my degree by time I am 18 Y/O.

One can pay X for land to build e.g. 60 apartments or pay up to Y to build up to 100 Units?
