Hey guys, I am starting to realize that as comfortable as I am financially with renting month-to-month a nice apartmentI truly may be wasting an opportunity to financially growfurther.With that being said, someone who is of age 22.

This is out of my personal area of expertise, but if you plan on increasing value, perhaps a nice interest-only loan offer would give you cash flow, and then you could pay them out when you raise the value and refinance.

I think they get excited because its a nice place with a low/doable price.  

Our cities mix NICELY with Airbnb. 

I understand the need for patience and future opportunities as I've learned through the stock market however we've come across a few great deals that would have cash flowed nicely but I was hesitant to pull the trigger on due to the hot market we live in and where I think it's headed.

This property is in a nice neighborhood, but this particular deal may be more of an appreciation play. 

The properties we find tend to need updating or major renovation.
