Do you want a tenant that "settles" for a tired or poorly finished unit, or someone that appreciates a "nice home" and might take a little pride in it?

There are many tired landlords that feel like they want to sell but are afraid of getting hit with a huge tax bill, so they don't even try to sell the place.

I have a house in Jackson, MS where the street has flooded so much I've seen tires float down it and my driveway was often flooded.

So much winning that you're gonna get tired of winning!

looks like quite a mountain of tires, couches,mattresses, computer monitors, and other hard to get rid of junk,,and NO way out.
