From what I have read, investigating the principal (company) that is putting up the offer to invest in their project is one of the most important factors, along with making sure the information presented matches the investors' portfolio needs.

I assume that will be added to the cash invested.What was the purchase cap and your project year 1 cap?

Don't base projections on being fully leased.

For future projects, you could check with your accountant to see if that works for y'all.Hope this is helpful!

I'm going to need to raise the money to do the project.

My plan "A" is always BRRRR so I look at properties based on their projected rental rates.

I'm looking for contractor recommendations in the Raleigh, NC area for a fix and flip project.

I have prepared scopes of work for our subcontracts, and being the detail-oriented person I am, I have prepared a detailed outline of this project with materials requirements were applicable, and I have created a package of design drawings for the kitchen renovation.

All three of these projects had Biggerpockets nvestors in with us.
