The issue I've seen with the llc's is that you can't transfer the property into the llc without the possibility of the loan needing to be suddenly paid to the bank in full.I think that's actually the best course of action so far, and for future ventures it's good to know that we would both be needing to be 50% on the loan to prevent any mortgage fraud issues.
