Hi all, I want to start investing in multi family rentals.

If you're looking for an accountant / book keeper reach out and I have an excellent referral for a firm that is virtual, does only real estate investing, and their accounting work is incredible. 

Since I don’t have many assets or a lot of cash on hand, I’ll need to be creative and strategic.

This setup brings in around $800 per month.Get creative with it, house hacking is an amazing investment strategy!
