As far as learning goes, just use this site and podcasts as much as possible.

You can always find your own tenants, meaning you are not solely at the mercy of your property management company.Post your properties yourself on ForRent.com, Craigslist, Zillow, any site you can find that lets you market your rentals (there are a ton of them).

Hello I am looking at some tools for wholesaling and was wondering if anyone has used the Realeflow site and tools?

Mine is basic ,clean affordable no frills housing. 

These people are often buying site unseen.Now if you are someone buying say 1 to 4 properties a year, and need a lot of hand holding through the process...in this instance it is just not a reasonable expectation to have multiple agents that want to work with you.

A friend told me about a piece of real estate in foreclosure, that was a Fannie Mae property listed as part of the First Look program, on Zillow and an auction site.
