Maintenance requests are often the biggest pain for landlords.

I agree completely on the increased inventory - there's just no other way this resolves without financial pain - but I think Spring/Summer might just be the tip of the iceberg. 

I understand things aren't as strict in the civilian world so it's just a growing pain.

We have also been putting financing contingencies in our LOI's, because if the economy takes a sharp turn and lending dries up or rates become volatile, we need to be protected.

For those investors renting on airbnb, what are your challenges/pain points of STR?

The alternative is to use "friends and family" money which can be much cheaper but don´t mess it up or Thanksgiving will be painful for years!

@Doug Elkerman any of the many sites that sell leads are a huge pain for realtors in my opinion, and unfortunately many of the free avenues don't produce much unless they involve face to face contact of some sort. 

Immediately "steal" that 50% and put it away into accounts and figure out how to survive on whats left and feel the pain, let the pain motivate you to watch less tv and get a 2nd job, increase earnings.

I don’t think we’ve seen the full pain play out from the small biz community, but Austin should hold up better than most.

She uses the software to adjust the picture properties like contrast, color, sharpness, lighting, etc.So, my recommendation is to buy a cheaper camera than you can afford and invest the savings in some decent photo editing software.
