Are there going to be any prepayment penalties?

So I am seeking to relocate and expand my business to the Columbus OH area.

The loan is based on a 30 year term and todays rates around 5% to 6% but no pressure to pay to off, you could keep it over 30 years or sell and pay off the loan, all with no pre payment penalty.

My parents are willing to go in a deal with me and have 300k LOC to use.We started to attend a local REI meeting, which was pretty awesome.I'm just here to seek other advice and opinions.I'm located on Long Island, NYBoth myself and my parents have come down to the following that interest us the most1) Buy, fix, flip2) Multifamily rentalI like the idea of multifamily.

File a written demand to terminate management services without penalty.

Taking a significant amount out of my IRA for the down payment     - I know that i am able to withdraw up to 10k without being hit with the withdrawal penalty, but would like to see if anyone has been down this route.     2.

@Kyle WilsonProhibited transactions can result in your Ira being distributed at the time of the transaction thus all of the tax free and or deferral income is subject to penalties and taxes.

I want aware of it for the first year and didn't pay it and had to pay the penalty plus the tax the next year.
