I have always had a passion for real estate investing and I am glad to finally be in a position to really make a go of it.

I am a realtor and up and coming passionate real estate investor.  

One becuase I like to be surrounded by entrepreneurs and passionate individuals and two because finding good residential deals seemed unsustainable in the Boston market.

However, I've never been one to shy away from my passions.

I am not looking for a passionate plea from a cat lover, just the real facts about damage and cleaning issues caused by cats.
