Unfortunately all you have to do to become a "real estate investor" is just to say that you are one.Soon enough the government will regulate wholesaling nationwide as they have in Illinois, Ohio and Pennsylvania.Lumping all investors/wholesalers together as "Ambulance Chasers" is irresponsible.
