While people talk highly of finding great deals by going this route, very few ever talk about how many hours/dollars they spent getting systems setup on the front end to start generating leads, or how much it costs (time/money) to keep that machine running.Wholesaler/Turnkey rentals: Wholesalers often speak of offering you off-market deals, but they are marketing to their list, so you can decide if "limited marketing" is really off market or not.  

They do get the job done but from my experience I go through more sandpaper with those machines and trust me the sandpaper a add up a lot.

Ever since then I've made an effort to stay in shape to set a good example for my family and to feel better overall, losing weight can do wonders for all parts of your life.Now I mainly do elliptical machine while playing on my xbox. 

We would love to partner with one or two others to eventually create a flipping machine and add buyandholds for long term freedom.More than 2019 goals but it starts with those 1st two flips.
