So other states with different laws on deficiencies get to pay for people in casino property states when people strategically default.

A minimal salary (subject to self employment taxes) will be paid by the S corp to me and remaining monies to be paid as distributions subject to my marginal tax rate and not subject to self employment tax.Does this sound legit?

I've received offers on two investment properties from this group over the past couple years and am having trouble finding any information on them to determine if it's legit. 

I have been online looking at different companies and none of them seem legit.  

All apartments are currently leased and in the neighboring area (within 2 miles) they are about to start construction on the first non-indian owned casino here in upstate NY.
