We've both owned and sold homes before, so we understand basics of buying and selling, but reading through a lot of this info on bigger pockets is a totally different ball game.  

@Justin LenkWell it is a whole different game than what most investors do on BP.

If it turns out that the plumbing is fine, you're ahead of the game.

Can't tell you how many folks have been jammed up or had their purchases delayed by a month or more because I have to tell them how to game the FICO algorithm to accurately capture their creditworthiness.

I am not trying to scare you off, but it is a volume game.  

I let the market tell me what, where, and how quickly I need to build a project.When you assemble your game plan (business plan) with information as detailed as this it is very valuable and you should not casually give it out.

With 7 or 8 years to retirement my wife & I definitely looking to up our "game" in terms of passive income!

I know exactly what streets I would and wouldn't buy on in my city, almost completely... so yes- I know what you mean... getting down to the zip codes is a game changer.
