I am a product of parents that dealt with substance abuse so I know first hand the need and have a passion to help people in this area.What are some of the challenges that you have dealt with, what are some of the most common mistakes?

I was laid off from my job recently and I'm  just tired of the 9 to 5 life and putting my financial situation in the hands of others. 

Money you have on hand is a better deal than hard money.

HSAs, on the other hand, require only a high-deductible health care plan where the deductible is high enough to qualify the plan for an HSA.

I come to mainly share what I've learned with almost 2,000 months of rentals, 2 dozen renovations, 10 transactions last year ect. as the whole point is to share freely and give a hand to those wanting to learn.

I have a handful of rentals mostly purchased with cash.

On the other hand, since I haven't been able to see them in person, it's hard to know exactly how much work they would need, and you might be right about the high cost of renovation. 

I have my hands full trying to get the neighborhood network established, but with so many long-time residents sharing the same concerns, I know it will be ideal. 

But ARV gets me every single time.On one hand, I'm supposed to find a property to analyze, punch the numbers in and move on, learning what I can along the way.
