A commute from Wake County can be a real grind, and as the area's population continues to grow, the delays will get worse.

Time to leave this grind.

Our property is on one of the busiest streets in the city, so traffic noise has been a concern of ours. 

In other words, law enforcement and the government would have had the ability to regulate information and speech over the internet.Luckily, the bill was overturned when some prominent lawmakers were forced face their very pissed off constituency...they tried to push the bill through quietly, but some of us decided to make a lot of noise and bring it out into the light.Funny how the White House (and the rest of the U.S. lawmakers) think it's ridiculous that the UN control the Internet, but didn't think it was ridiculous that the US government tried to do the same thing.

Nixon was horrible and he took anti-poverty spending from 37,000,000,000 to 100,000,000,000 and also added new freebie programs.Here are just a few:wage and price controls that prevailed from 1971 through 19741969 the national environmental policy act1970 the poison prevention packaging act, the clean air amendments, the occupational safety and health act1972 the consumer product safety act , the Federal water pollution control act, the noise pollution control act, the equal opportunity act1973 the vocational rehabilitation act and the safe water drinking act 1974 the hazardous materials transportation actNixon was also the one that opened the environmental protection agency, the Consumer Product Safety Commission and the occupational safety and health administration.Wow!

I don't personally have a problem with it but then again I have never had a paranormal encounter...( spooky noises)..

Some Real Estate Investing is glamour - but, most is a grind and hard work.  

Your content has to be really good to be heard over all the noise.

But I kept grinding though and bought more stuff in 2007-2010, with difficulty.

Just gonna keep grinding.
