Vinyl sheets generally have a repeating pattern that is more like the 'old fashioned' linoleum partners. 

I've also put in place equally great property management combined with an excellent liability insurance carrier (further fine tuned with a very modest amount of umbrella coverage), so I've never had the need for an LLC Rube Goldberg special in over 20 years across multiple states.I guess I got my liability coverage the old fashion way, I earned it.

If you are looking to stay in it for the long run then now could be a great time to refinance and ride some cash flow. 

Likely, you will need to draft new agreements between the tenant buyers and the park after you close in a fashion that keeps the economic nature the same, but to comply with the law. 

But in this case, is your Realtor intending to close in full at the normal time, in normal fashion, per normal sale?

This seems beyond crazy and like they are taking me for a ride on a 30 unit building.

@algopyles @Jackson Babcock That is what is so slimy about the financial media... the uneducated can get taken for a ride.

This is not residential, where you find an agent to ride along in their car and show you properties on the MLS.
