I've yet to see anyone on here who has the experience and ability to do so make a concious decision to help others or agree and express an interest in offering to assist someone else who does not know the industry well; even if the the person who offers the assistance specify to the new person any terms of agreement to take the newbie under his/her wings.

We would take braver actions, we would express ourselves in a bigger way every day.

Certainly there are issues of seasoning and such however that knowledge and the work around is expressed all over this forum..

I agree with David...There is an expression that goes "You are what you think you are" and that statement very much applies to real estate investing.

Dont be shy about expressing your decision to be a real estate investor.
