Nothing against Tarek & Christina, love their show (for entertainment purposes only) and they're doing an impressive job taking their real estate career to a whole new level with becoming "Celebrities" in the industry.  

They have no mortgage on the property, and would entertain seller-financing.

I like this site because it is on I-10 and 101, two transportation corridors, not far from I-17, two big hospitals, cancer center, Ak-chin Pavilion, Phoenix Raceway, Luke Air Force Base, Camelback Ranch spring training, 6 miles south of Westgate Entertainment District (high rates and year round demand), and no comparable competitors.
