Go walking on the weekends(in summer people are out doing yard work) in your target neighborhoods and talk to people..let them know what you do, ask them if they have any property to sell or if they know anybody who is looking to unload some properties.

Given the zip code you mentioned, I can't see the cost of subdividing the land being worth it, unless it was a commercial property or splitting into multiple lots for a larger development.That actually answers another question I had if the replatting is easier or not being it’s showing like that on the deed, so good stuff, thanks.
