I need to repair the flooring in one of my apartments, who generally pays for the furniture to be moved?

I quit my job in March to care for my children as schools closed, and am close to being employed again, so needless to say, those debt payments are quite the burden.

Instead there was an addendum "bill of sale" for all the furniture, TV, dishes, etc. listed for $1.00.

I am in my mid 20s, not married, nor have any children.

The only way I think I could raise it is to keep paying my card every time I use it so I don't have a balance and wait until I pay off my no interest credit cards for a fridge and some furniture in the next few months.And finally I think I need to have an excess in cash flow to show the bank I could cover two mortgages (please tell me if I'm wrong) so once I get rid of the car lease, my other no interest credit card bills, and my husband is done paying for nursing school out of pocket, and is making more money in less than a year, we will not spend more and save all that money which will be around $4500 more a month.

I would say it may be best to provide basic common area furniture if you plan to rent out by the room: couches, dining table, etc.

Mom wishes to provide financing to children who wish to invest in residential RE (children have experience managing residential investments).

Aaron, not sure if Puero Rico gets access to Federal Tax Credits or not but I'm doing a LIHTC deal in Tennessee where we are converting an old furniture store to 42 units.

@Michelle ManningWith series llc for this kind of structure I have the parent LLC as the holding with all children LLC single member being owned by the parent.Each child LLC owns one property and it all fall back under the same parent tax return.

the tenant doesnt answer my calls or texts me back and the last texts ive heard from her she will get her things out and furniture. this was 10 days ago..thats the last i heard from her.
