This shower is AWESOME, we used the same wood tile from the floor and ran it on the back wall along with a river rock shower floor, this neighborhood is kinda "woodsy" so we went with a LOT of natural finishes in the house!

You would want to consider using an S-Corp if: 1) you're disqualified from being considered a real estate professional because you have another job and 2) you have sufficient real estate income that is not passive in nature.
