This deal had its ups and downs...But Thankfully because of our various Strategies we were STILL able to come out on top ....Moral of the story: If it TRULY is a "GREAT" deal you can make it happen and ALWAYS have back up plans for your Back plans!

It’s probably not illegal in any way not to tell them however from a moral and ethics point of view it shows who you are as a person. 

As a wholesaler, operating from a moral standpoint is fundamental to providing not only the best experience for your sellers, but also key to running an efficient wholesale business.

Design, code & building is  different but if all you are doing is going to sell the commercial lots and let someone else do the actual build out of it it can be a good boost to ROI because its worth more.

@Jay Hinrichs I feel a boost of confidence since the almost all knowing Jay Hinrichs just voted for a post of mine for the very first time I think.

This will give the market a boost in Q3 & Q4.The other thing that nobody seems to agree with me on is that the economy was sucking air going into this whole thing.
