If that's the case then I would not recommend buying a fixer and trying to rehab it while living in it and having your first baby at the same time. 

(they don't come from Paris like babies do)BP members are mostly able to sell a property on their own, handle contract, consult an attorney, title company - we all have a support team already around us (or should be building one fast).

Always take baby steps when working towards your financial freedom.

It could however be a baby steps thing - assuming we instate financial literacy courses at the higher levels, we could graduate to making it something that encompasses all four years of high school in some form.

Personally we buy single family homes and are on the baby step plan.
