However, the heated and gross square footage and number of rooms on the appraiser's website matches the information in the MLS ad, so I assume the county at least knows about this conversion, although I can find no proof that it was ever permitted.Has anyone here ever had any electrical or safety issues with tenants after buying one of these conversions?

This is not REO, I think it's a short sale, unless the appraiser website hasn't updated the owner information yet.I don't think this group provides a real inspection period--I can come by and see the house but I do not get an inspection period like you would with a bank--there is a $2000 non-refundable deposit to hold the place.I'll see if they have the power and water on.

I just started a real estate brokerage and am looking into how to syndicate my listings to multiple websites in the best fashion.SellPoint costs money, but I remembered about a year or so ago signing up for a free acount (I think it's good for 2 years).Any feedback on this?
