As an expansion or similar idea to this threat, would your vetting process or consideration be similar if you were actually bringing to deal to the table for the GP or Sponsor to syndicate? 

The net result is that I prioritize what she does bring to the table more than some of the small style mismatches.  

Structural Engineer here... epoxy injection is a crack repair (patchwork) and sump pump will reduce the water table around the perimeter of the house.

I'll also put my resume on the table so the PM/LL knows I've handled decently complex work and should be up to this task.

At the closing table, we will literally be swapping title on the two properties, and settling taxes due, rents, etc. 

I have tables summarizing things on other tabs and just create a new workbook for each year essentially just clearing out the old one and resaving it. 

In my garage was my nice $600 table saw and on the FIRST DAY of having remote access to the door I shut the door when I left.

I also need steady work for my employees so I don’t loose them and so they can food on their family’s table. 

Just be straight forward, don't beat around the bush, lay all issues out on the table as soon as you can.
