Once down to studs - can GC take care of treatment and replacing of neccessary framing or do you need a mold specialist to come in and give "all clear" so to speak in order to resell house.We have read so many mixed messages about mold - obviously we know it is serious issue, but we also feel it is something people are overly scared of and super concerned because they are not going to gut their homes. 

When you replace the cabinet contractor with this guy, did you give him the insurance paperwork?

There are items missing and damages to replace the front door, amongst other things like blood in the hardwood floors, etc. - should I file a claim?

The dishtowel hamper is a must have in the kitchen as it neatly keeps the towels that need replacement at one place, away from the sight of the eyes.

Previous tenants had house dogs as do new tenants so I had no intention of replacing the carpet.
