Luiz -I know we've talked about this a lot in the past, and as I've always told you, if you treat the appraiser with respect, he'll be thrilled to let you help him do his job...Plus, appraisers *LOVE* information...the more you can provide (like repair lists, invoices, pictures, etc), the happier they will be.Congrats!

My actions proved that I was experienced, respectful and kind and after that initial glance of hey you look like you are in high school my actions showed people that hey, this guy knows what he's doing.The founders of Google, Facebook, Napster and quite a few other companies were all young, high school looking types.
