If they have nice pictures and clear information about the property they probably have a good head on their shoulders, and they will probably not want to sell or want to sell for more money because the property makes money.The areas where I see potential deals are Powderhorn/Phillips in South and some neighborhoods in North in MPLS, and Midway/Frogtown, W 7th, and the E and W side of Saint Paul.

@Stacy E., I totally agree with the exhortation given by @Cal C..I would certainly recommend cashing out the FULL approved amount - but, because unexpected windfalls have a tendency not to be treated with the same care as hard earned savings, it will pay you to be MINDFUL of that fact.

(you won't be able to use it as they expire) The law in Washington says that the resale certificate has to be produced within 10 days but Associations that don't abide by the law have little consequences unless the owners get involved.
