Sounds like the technology isn't quite there yet to make it worth it.

We are looking into technology that will reduce our leasing labor by 2/3 from our calculations...stay tuned!

Collecting rent by using technology and a credit card does away with payment issues because it is automatically paid each month...on time...Again, talk with people who have real experience in the industry before making a decision.
