I own a three family in Boston that's doing well and was turned over to PM about 8 months ago when I moved to Australia for my husband's job.

Is it available with public transportation?  

This can take on a lot of different forms, from making sure they're budgeting well, maintaining their premise appropriately, assisting with transportation, facilitating in-home care for more medically fragile veterans, etc. 

Whenever I talk to a novice investors or non-RE investor their opinion is always negative on public transportation expansion and developments by the city.
