At some point due to the economy of scale and with your time being more valuable elsewhere, PMs do become worthwhile (assuming you can find one worth their fee).

@Jackson Sandland - From my research, the laundromat needs to be in a location with more than 50% are renters and the store needs to be large, more than 2-3000 sq ft for it to be worthwhile.

YMMV, but in the markets that I have worked, we have not seen it worthwhile to upgrade to either granite or stainless steel for units that rent this low.  

Seems like a worthwhile prospect.  ...easier than having 10-15 properties all over the place with much, much lower returns.  

If you have repairs and maintenance covered and you can handle property management (placing good tenants and rent collection), then you probably can get a worthwhile return for a buy-fix-rent place in Trenton. 

I say go for it only if you think you will be active enough to make it worth while. 

If you're raising enough money, its worthwhile. 

Just because they work a job doesn't mean that they are any less worthwhile or less valuable as friends.I have friends that are multi-millionaires and fly around on their own jet and I have other friends that live paycheck to paycheck.

Low interest rates cannot make people invest if they don’t think the investment is worthwhile or they believe asset prices are still falling. 

@Jay Hinrichs Congrats on your new program, I can not think of any more worth while cause, hats off to you, @Brian Burke, @Chris Clothier and all the others.AS you know I am a real estate developer, among other things;  I would like to donate to the program an approved building lot to this program, let me know how we can make this happen.David Krulac
