Hi all, I am a new Real Estate Broker who will also be embarking on real estate investing this year. 

And I met a woman in Taft who raised poodles.

Here's my rule of thumb: If I (as a woman) would not live there, I will not buy there.

It wouldn't surprise me if the woman knew this was in process and failed to take appropriate action.  

The one man (or woman) band who has their pulse on the market and the ability to farm a particular area and pull deals out of that area each month like clockwork.

A woman will be less likely to partner with you unless there is a ring involved.

I am lucky that I was married to a woman and she has been saving money for about 25 years.  

Luckily I am married to a fry conservative woman that has been saving money for about 25 years so I am not under a lot of pressure.  

Person 2 is a woman that has contacted me about renting to her son who she claims is 32 with a decent paying full time job and has just separated from his wife and so he needs a place to stay.   

I'm ready to embark on a life of education, challenges and hard work.
