While the owner is free to sell the property and the information about how they run it as a business, AirBnB does not allow them to sell their online identity for the platform.

That area in PA can also work for STR and MTR so if you buy a 4-unit, you have the option of diversifying the asset inside of itself by doing 2 LTR, 1 STR, and 1 MTR if you wanted to give yourself some options.

You live in one unit, rent out the others, and your tenants help pay the mortgage.With loans like FHA or VA, it’s easier to get started.

The weather is great there, its cheap and ecology is clean.  

And, they limit the type of people.
