The guy who is 4 times more expensive may be that much because he works one job at a time with no back end and no help, so to make up for his lack of sales he has to make sure that every win is a hit out of the park.Meantime, the guy who is 4 times cheaper may have 60 guys working for him with 12 dedicated vans and a full time office staff and a metric ton of automation on his side.

If so does that make it into a fix instrument where you can more or less pencil out the cash flow for an investment lifetime (i.e. when your will get executed)?

I would think you would want to create a knockout executive summary, outline expertise among members and why it is valuable, show current holdings among members and their performance, identify a niche market to target, and show that there are deals out there that would meet a set of criteria comfortable to both the investors that would form their own entity as well as the hedge fund or private equity firm in terms of risk tolerance.

Here we are using higher end finishes and adding items such as light tubes, electronic apartment monitoring {software my other company is developing} and door locks (tenants can open the door w/ their phone).In this area we are in the middle/lower end of the buildings - there are a lot of furnished, executive flats here which are rented to government ministers as we are 2-blocks from the legislature - but we are specifically positioning our building for the younger generation (the assistants to the ministers living in the upper-end, furnished apartments).

There's enough lying in politics; people should be more upset about it when it gets called out, regardless of whether it was at the executive level or the local level, and regardless of which party it is affiliated with.
